Please read these Terms of Use carefully. We recommend that you print off a copy of these Terms of Use for your records, as well as any future versions of them, as we may update them from time to time.

If for any reason whatsoever you do not agree to these Terms of Use or do not wish to be bound by them, you must not access or use our website.

The use of this website is subject to the follwing terms of use:

1. Software and Services

Magerubik is a provider of Magento extensions with accompanying services. They may be purchased under a license agreement through the Website.

By purchasing the Software, the Customer acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, agree to the content of the Agreement and its terms, and agree to use the Software in compliance with this Agreement.

  • Subject to these terms and conditions we may:
  • Provide the customer with the Software under Magerubik End-User License Agreement.
  • Perform Support Services under Magerubik Support License Agreement.
  • Perform the customization and development services under the Agreement for Software Customization and Development Services.
  • Provide other services at its own discretion.

2. Your MAGERUBIK account

Any user of Website has the possibility to set up a customer’s account with Magerubik.You may need a Magerubik Account in order to use some of Our Services/ Our Products. You may create your own Magerubik Account, or your Magebay Account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as a coder or a customer. If you are using a Magerubik Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.

In case the customer provides Magerubik with the respective consent on the processing of customer’s personal data. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.

3. Guarantee

  • Magerubik provides its customers with a guarantee of bug free functioning of the Software. The guarantee period is one years and commences on the day of the conclusion of the license agreement between Magerubik and the customer.
  • The customer may claim a bug of the Software by email delivered to Magerubik, support system or chat.
  • We don't guarantee bug free functioning of the software in case:
    • The customer does not use the latest version of the Software
    • The customer uses the edition of the Software that does not correspond to the edition of Magento.
    • the customer uses customized Magento
    • the customer has modified/customized Software
  • We don't guarantee the bug free functioning of its software in combination with third-party products.

4. Software Update Policy

We offers free updates for all Software from Magerubik. But we reserves the right to exclude any Software from the sales at any time. In such a case, Magerubik will cease to develop and offer to its customers any updates of such Software.

Software updates are provided only for the Magento version branch, for which the Software was purchased (for example, if a customer buys the extension for Magento 1.X.X, updates and support will be provided only for Magento of 1.X.X version branch. Updates for Magento of 2.X.X versions will not be provided for free even if the period of free updates and support will still be pending).
